At Grace, you’ll find people that care about you…and your budget. Grace College scholarships and grants are offered to 100% of our full-time traditional undergraduate students. It’s just one of the ways of Grace!
Merit Scholarships*
*effective for students entering Fall 2022
Your hard work in high school was worth it! You will automatically receive a merit scholarship based on your high school GPA when admission is granted.

*Merit scholarships can be increased through March 1 of the senior year when an updated transcript is submitted.

Amount of Awards
- 4 President’s Scholarships –Full tuition
- 8 Trustee Scholarships –$80,000($20,000 per year)
- 8 Faculty Scholarships –$72,000($18,000 per year)
- 12 McClain Scholarships –$60,000($15,000 per year)
- Winona Merit Scholarships –$4,000($1,000 per year added to merit scholarship)
**Ateachof the four Presidential Scholarship Days, the following scholarships will be decided within one week of the event date: 1 President’s Scholarship, 2 Trustee Scholarships, 2 Faculty Scholarships, 3 McClain Scholarships.
Eligibility Criteria
Meet TWO out of three requirements:
- 3.75 GPA
- Top 20% class rank
- Score 1230 SAT or 26 ACT

- Full Tuition(Institutional, state, and federal scholarships/grants used toward full tuition)
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be an Indiana resident
- Must complete the FAFSA by the Indiana state deadline of April 15
- Expected Family Contribution (EFC) of 0 to $1500 as calculated by the FASFA. Generally, parental income below $60,000 qualifies.
Renewability
- Renewable based on 0 – 1500 EFC each year through filing the FAFSA annually
- Renewable based on academic good standing at the end of each year

- Athletic talent in baseball, men’s and women’s basketball, cheerleading, men’s and women’s soccer, softball, men’s and women’s tennis, men’s and women’s track/cross country, volleyball or golf

- Participation in the sport at Grace College

Federal & State Aid

When you list Grace College on your FAFSA, you’ll receive a$2,000 FAFSA Grant($500 per year) to Grace and we will send you a detailed description of your financial aid in yourFinancial Aid Award Notification.

Local Scholarships
Be sure to apply for grants and scholarships in your local community. The vast majority of other scholarships come from local organizations that want to help!

Additional Information
Many external organizations offer scholarship programs. High school guidance offices and libraries often have resource materials listing these programs. Parent’s employers may offer assistance. Eligible U.S. veterans or their dependents may have educational benefits available to them. Handicapped students may qualify for assistance from their state agency. All students who receive outside scholarships must notify Student Financial Aid. Generally, institutional financial aid and outside scholarships cannot exceed the cost of attendance.
Student employment may be available to qualified students who wish to work in order to help meet part of their expenses. On-campus, we offer need-based Federal Work-Study and non-need based Grace Work Study Positions. Also offered are employment opportunities in off-campus community service through the Federal Work-Study Program. Student employees average approximately 10 hours per week and receive paychecks every two weeks for their work. (This process may vary for those in off-campus Federal Work-Study positions.)
Institutional scholarships require a student to maintain full-time enrollment and are limited to eight semesters (four years) of eligibility. Grace College reserves the right to reduce institutional aid in the event that a combination of federal, state, and institutional gift aid exceeds tuition.
